What is the exchange/return policy?

➳ Salty Tee Apparel Co will go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality product is sent to our customers, and to ensure customer satisfaction. So we offer a hassle free returns/exchanges.

➳ Transfers of any kind can not be returned and/or exchanged. 

Our Return/Exchange Policy: 

➳ Our policy lasts 3 days from the time you receive the product. 

➳ To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. 

➳ To complete your return or exchange please click {here} to start the process. 

REFUNDS (if applicable): We subtract our original shipping cost from your refund (Even if your shipping was FREE) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then you refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, or to the method of payment used at checkout. Please note: Some banks take up to 10 days to release funds. 

➳ ONLY REGULAR PRICED ITEMS MAY BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. UNFORTUNATELY SALE, PREORDER, CUSTOMIZED, AND HOLIDAY ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. 

➳ Boutique Items can only be exchanged for other boutique items. 

➳ Seasonal items are not eligible for returns/exchanges. 

➳ You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Can I cancel my order?

➳ Orders can NOT be cancelled once they have been placed on our website. Orders are immediately sent to production.
